Responsibilities: Warehouse & Logistics Operations Partner with the APAC Supply Chain Management team to shape and execute the regional operations strategy, driving efficiency, service excellence, and sustainable cost improvements. Lead and manage the relationship with regional 3PL warehouse partners, ensuring robust operational processes, strong compliance, and continuous performance enhancement. Continuously evaluate and challenge existing workflows, introducing best practices and process innovations to ensure scalability and future readiness. Lead commercial and service negotiations with 3PL providers to secure optimal cost structures and service levels. Automation & System Operations Coordinate with internal IT, Finance, and 3PL partners to build, enhance, and maintain automation system infrastructure supporting warehouse and logistics operations. Collaborate closely with HQ and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance, data integrity, and operational reliability. Drive digital improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, visibility, and operational throughput. Organizational Leadership Act as a proactive problem solver, addressing day‑to‑day operational issues and supporting cross‑functional stakeholders with timely and effective solutions. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to build a high-performing team with strong technical and operational capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines At least 8 years’ experience in Inbound / Outbound/ Warehouse. Experience of working in other areas of Supply Chain is also desirable Strong communication skill and strong business acumen Understanding of Oracle & WMS preferred Good English.
