Join Berkley Insurance Australia as a Part-Time (3 days/week) Marketing Coordinator (12-Month Contract) and play a key role in supporting our marketing, events and business engagement activities. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll coordinate events, manage marketing initiatives, support customer communications, and help deliver campaigns that enhance the Berkley brand. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity, organisation and administration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external events, webinars and meetings Manage event logistics, registrations, communications and post-event reporting Support marketing activities across websites, social media, EDMs and print channels Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns Manage marketing inboxes, contact databases and customer communications Prepare marketing reports and analyse campaign performance Provide marketing support to underwriting and claims teams Assist with the creation of marketing and event plans aligned to business objectives Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a motivated, organised and creative marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and confident working both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality events and marketing initiatives will be key to your success.
