At least 5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or electronics manufacturing, with expertise in ICT/FCT test development. 3. Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or C++ for automated test system development. 4. Solid knowledge of electronic schematics, circuit analysis, and test & measurement equipment. 5. Proven experience in test system development, NPI support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. 6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills. 7.Good command of written and spoken English.
