Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership and strategic direction in managing property development and construction projects. 2. Oversee all project phases including feasibility studies, design development, regulatory approvals, tendering, construction, and project handover. 3. Lead and mentor the project management team, ensuring strong coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. 4. Develop project budgets, cash flow, and schedules; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery within allocated resources. 5. Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements (authorities, local councils, CIDB, etc.) and company policies. 6. Establish and implement quality control, safety, and risk management systems for all projects. 7. Review and approve project design, contracts, and progress claims. 8. Conduct regular project reviews, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management and the Board of Directors. 9. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, government agencies, and communities. Requirements: 1. Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out site management. 3. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, quality control, and HSE requirements. 4. Proven experience managing subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project planning software.
