Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join its corporate technology team. This role offers exposure to large-scale enterprise systems, cloud-native development, AI-enabled engineering practices, and global digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business users and product teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Lead system analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. Develop and enhance cloud-native applications using modern architecture principles. Modernise and maintain existing systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders across global locations. Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery and manage application releases and upgrades. Support business-critical applications and provide occasional after-hours support when required. Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and methodologies. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of system analysis and application development experience. At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience. Strong technical expertise in: Java 21+ React and TypeScript RESTful APIs, Microservices, Cloud-native Architecture PostgreSQL / Oracle and MongoDB Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, Helm Good understanding of: Domain-Driven Design (DDD) MVVM and Micro-Frontend Architecture CI/CD and DevOps practices Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) and AI-assisted software development workflows is highly desirable. Experience in legacy system modernisation and migration projects will be an advantage. Personal Attributes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
