POSITION: Kindergarten English Teacher CAMPUS: Bangkok, Thailand (Campus 64) WEBSITE: https://anglosingapore.ac.th/64/ START DATE: AUGUST 2026 Job Summary Anglo Singapore International School is seeking a passionate, caring, and experienced Kindergarten English Teacher to join our Early Years team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality English instruction that builds strong early literacy foundations through intentional early learning experiences, while supporting young learners’ language development, confidence, and social-emotional growth. This role is well suited to an educator who values purposeful instruction, clear learning outcomes, and age- appropriate academic readiness within a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Teach English to Kindergarten students using developmentally appropriate and child- centred approaches. Plan and deliver intentional early learning experiences that build strong language foundations, including vocabulary development, phonological awareness, early reading, and pre-writing skills. Support students in developing foundational English skills in speaking, listening, pre- reading, and pre-writing. Create a nurturing, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that supports focus, curiosity, and positive learning habits. Observe, monitor, and assess student progress, providing meaningful feedback to support individual development. Communicate effectively with parents, sharing students’ progress and supporting each child’s learning journey. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent and high-quality English programme across the Kindergarten level. Participate in school-wide events, co-curricular activities, and professional development. Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and child wellbeing. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent. Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years settings. Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate academic instruction. Experience working in international or multicultural school settings is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in English for teaching and professional communication. Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic teaching style with a clear commitment to early learning and child development. Able to start by mid August 2026
