About the Role The Challenge Play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within the payment banking domain. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions that support secure, scalable, and efficient banking operations. The Opportunity Join a collaborative environment where you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful payment solutions, from requirements analysis through implementation and post-go-live support. What You Will Do Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and system workflows. Analyze business and system impacts, identify dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Develop test plans and test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide deployment support and post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth system stabilization. Who We Are Looking For Preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Solution Analysis, banking operations, or system development. Knowledge or experience in Functional Solution Analyst (FSA) responsibilities. Exposure to payment banking, including domestic or cross-border remittance, is an advantage. Accredited tertiary qualification. Skills and Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-vendor teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsiveness.
