Key Account Manager

AIR SEA WORLDWIDE Logistics is a leading global freight forwarding and logistics provider, offering a full suite of international transportation and supply chain management services. We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join our Company to explore business. Job functions Being a focal communication point between the assigned overseas partners and own offices Review, create and implement new strategies to achieve business objectives Manage corporate key account with SOP and KPI Partner with product teams on request for RFQ and pricing Co-operate with regional offices & overseas agents and provide solutions for problem cases Motivate and support the local and agents’ sales team Update CRM tools to keep track of sales activities, customer data Update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders Train operation and customer service teams on accounts specific requirement Requirements University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transport/freight forwarding/logistics/supply chain solutions industry Proactive, responsible, well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking, work under pressure, manage tight schedule Good PC skills to supervise the account development with system Language skills Fluency of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin Knowing other language is a definite advantage Benefits Double-Pay Performance Bonus Medical & Dental Benefits Marriage Leave Early leave on festival days (Data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only)
