Warehouse Supervisor (Amata City Rayong)

We are currently seeking an energetic, dynamic, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader to lead our shift operations, drive team productivity, and ensure smooth warehouse and Value-Added Services (VAS) workflows. Key Responsibilities: Shift Supervision: Lead and oversee all shift operations across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and Value-Added Services (VAS) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Team Leadership & Motivation: Manage, train, and guide warehouse operators. Assign daily tasks and drive team performance to achieve targets and operational KPIs. Hands-on Operation: Actively support operations on the floor by driving forklifts (e.g., reach truck, counterbalance, push-pull) when necessary to maintain seamless workflow. Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce safety standard rules, 5S methodologies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on the warehouse floor. System Execution: Ensure accurate recording of all inventory movements, job orders, and stock updates using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Problem Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational issues, exceptions, and floor emergencies. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports and summarize daily operational metrics for the Operations Manager. Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse, logistics, or production environment. Forklift Operation (Crucial): Proficient in operating forklifts (reach truck / counterbalance). Holding a valid forklift driving license/certificate is highly preferred. Shift & Schedule Flexibility (Crucial): Must be able to work in rotating shifts (morning, day, and night) and adhere to a 6-day work week (Monday–Saturday). System Advantage: Previous experience using SAP or advanced WMS systems will be highly prioritised . Leadership & Attitude: Strong leadership capability, effective communication skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude. Language: Basic English communication/reading skills (for system execution and operational documents) is a plus.
