Responsibility : •Prepare and transform data to support analysis and insight generation •Assist in identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in data •Support development of insight-driven reports and dashboards •Perform data validation to ensure reliability of insights •Learn and apply basic analytical frameworks (segmentation, trend analysis) •Support automation of recurring reports and data processes •Collaborate with senior analysts to translate data into business insights Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field • 1+ years in analytics • Experience in banking, auto lending, or financial services • 1+ years analytics experience • Background in banking/lending preferred •Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and basic data preparation •Experience using BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) to develop reports and dashboards •Basic knowledge of Python or Excel for data analysis and automation •Ability to understand data and identify basic trends, patterns, and anomalies •Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, validation, and consistency •Ability to follow defined processes and support data preparation for analysis and reporting •Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to team members
