Legal Officer

About the role As a Legal Officer at RATCH Group Public Company Limited, you will play a vital role in providing strategic and high-quality legal services to support the company's diverse business operations. This full-time, office-based position is located in Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi. What you'll be doing Handle and experience in M&A transactions, legal due diligence exercises, relevant commercial agreements and relevant corporate legal matters Draft, prepare, review and comment the agreements and relevant legal documents Participate in negotiations of any agreements, contracts and others legal documents Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion related to business laws, corporate laws, commercial laws, and other laws on issues relating to the company’s business, including foreign direct investment. Handle corporate legal affairs and coordinate with authorities relating to legal issues Handle legal matters ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, including corporate governance policy Handle for the settlement of dispute and litigation matters for legal proceedings in Courts and arbitration Research and share updates on legal knowledge, new laws and regulations to management and colleagues Coordinate with other departments within company and external lawyers relating to legal issues Assist in other related legal matters as assigned Preferable for any candidates who have expertise and working experience in energy industry, and cross-border transactions What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in law and/or master's degree in law Thai Lawyer license At least 2 years of legal experience in a company and/or a law firm ((Candidates who have experience in M&A transactions and energy sector would be an advantage) Strong written and spoken in English with good command of English communication skills, and preferable for any candidates who have proven English skills test, e.g., TOEIC TOFEL, IELTS Preferable for any candidates who are proficient in other languages, e.g., Chinese, Japanese Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficiency in leveraging AI for professional purpose Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver quality work on schedule Self-motivation with a high level of initiative and accountability Enthusiasm and commitment to working in a friendly, entrepreneurial, team environment What we offer Five-Day Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00) Provident Funds: 5-15 % Employee's distribution Flexible Benefits Package: Dental Claims / Optical Claims / Annual Health Check-up / Office Syndrome Life / Accidental / Health Insurance: for self and family members* both OPD and IPD claims Performance-based bonus Merit-Based Salary Increase About us RATCH Group Public Company Limited is a leading energy company in Thailand, with a diverse portfolio of power generation assets and a strong commitment to sustainability.
