Electrical Trade Assistant

We are seeking reliable and motivated Electrical Trade Assistants to join a significant, long-running project based near the Auckland Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to gain consistent work on a high-profile commercial site, working alongside experienced licensed electricians across a variety of electrical systems and infrastructure. What you'll be doing Assisting licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and fit-out work across the airport precinct Cable pulling, containment installation, and cable management Setting out and first-fix electrical rough-in work Supporting the team with general site tasks, materials handling, and housekeeping Following site safety procedures and health & safety requirements at all times What we're looking for Current limited electrical license issued by the EWRB Experience working as an electrical trade assistant or in a similar role on commercial or industrial sites Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a busy construction environment Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Good communication skills and ability to take direction Current driver's license preferred What's on offer Stable, long-term work on a major project Competitive hourly rates based on your experience A well-organised, professional site environment Opportunity to develop your skills and progress your electrical career Supportive team culture with experienced tradespeople to work alongside
