Wine Selectors is a family-owned Australian wine business with a genuine passion for championing Australian wine producers, regions and stories. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our busy Marketing team and help keep things moving. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in marketing by learning from the ground up. You’ll be involved in a wide range of marketing activity, supporting campaigns, communications, events, partnerships, digital projects and day-to-day team administration. Like most great marketing roles, it won’t all be glamorous. There will be repetitive work, admin, checking, chasing, updating, proofing and keeping track of details — but it is all important. This is the work that helps campaigns get delivered, customers get communicated to properly and the team stay organised. You’ll learn how a real marketing team works, how campaigns come together, how different parts of the business connect, and how good attention to detail makes a big difference. We’re looking for someone who is curious, reliable, organised and keen to get better every day. About you You may be early in your marketing career, recently qualified, or looking for a role where you can grow your practical experience. You’ll be someone who: is organised, reliable and willing to roll up your sleeves has strong attention to detail communicates clearly and follows through enjoys being part of a team and helping others get things done is comfortable with admin, spreadsheets, deadlines and detail is curious about marketing and keen to learn takes pride in doing small things well brings a positive, practical and proactive attitude Has a marketing or related degree Some experience in marketing would be an advantage.
