Data Controller

Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, validate, and organize data from multiple systems and departments, including sales, revenue, branch performance, sales staff, doctors, promotions, products, services, and customers. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management and relevant departments. Develop and maintain dashboards that clearly present business performance, trends, unusual movements, and key areas requiring attention. Analyze performance by individual, branch, doctor, customer group, product, service, promotion, and time period. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns, including their impact on sales, customer volume, and transaction value. Identify data discrepancies, unusual trends, and business opportunities, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve data issues. Establish and maintain reporting standards, data definitions, calculation methods, and consistent report formats. Improve reporting and data-processing workflows to reduce manual work, duplication, and errors. Present key findings and insights to support sales planning, branch management, budgeting, target setting, and management decision-making. Create and maintain standardized procedure, service, product, and promotion codes for use across relevant functions. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that company data is accessed, used, and shared only for authorized business purposes. Support Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, and other related projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Management Information Systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, and large dataset management. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or other dashboard tools. Knowledge of SQL, database management, or data integration will be an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical business insights. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify data inconsistencies and unusual patterns. Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Highly trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling confidential business information. Able to manage priorities and deliver work within agreed timelines. Experience in healthcare, clinics, retail, or multi-branch businesses will be an advantage.
