Job Responsibilities Conduct experiments, testing, research, development, and improvement of latex adhesive products for applications in water-based paint for buildings, surface coating, textile chemistry, label adhesives, and packaging tape. Resolve technical issues related to latex adhesives for the production team and customers. Prepare and present reports on the analysis, testing, and experimentation of chemical products to supervisors. Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications. Analyze tasks, provide recommendations, and address work issues as requested. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications No restrictions on marital status. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in a related position. Knowledge and understanding of water-based paint for buildings and its property testing. Ability to formulate water-based paint or knowledge of textile chemistry, label adhesives, and packaging tape adhesives is a plus. Proficient in emulsion polymerization and latex adhesive (Latex) production. Good communication skills in English.
