Senior IT Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior IT Executive to manage and support the company's IT operations across Headquarters, branches, and retail outlets. This role will serve as the primary IT resource, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations while supporting the company's growth and digital transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and building IT processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Provide IT support and troubleshooting for HQ, branches, and outlets. Administer Microsoft 365, email, user accounts, and system access. Monitor and maintain network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cybersecurity controls. Support business applications, POS systems, CRM and other operational systems. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related matters. Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, and documentation. Support new branch/outlet setup, relocation, and IT-related projects. Develop IT policies, SOPs, and best practices to improve operational efficiency. Recommend and implement technology solutions to support business growth. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT experience . Experience supporting multi-site environments (HQ, branches, outlets, warehouses) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of: Windows OS & Microsoft 365 Networking, Wi-Fi, VPN & Firewall Hardware & Software Troubleshooting System Administration & IT Infrastructure Cybersecurity & Backup Solutions Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willing to travel to branches and outlets when required.
