We have over 200 customers Our customers are from a wide range of industries Our customers are from all over the world, but all employees are in NZ We process over 11,000 payslips a month Our staff work from home We have been operating since 1985 We are continually growing About the role You will be working in a team of six others: Processing staff changes Processing payrolls Processing reports, payslips and payments Receiving and responding to customer queries Migrating new customers on to our service Complying with AML/CFT regulations We are looking for someone to work 30-40 hours per week from their home. Skills and experience To be successful in this role you will: Have a working knowledge of NZ payroll legislation Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have good skills with Microsoft Office Have good keyboard skills Be detail oriented, but able to see the bigger picture Be well organised Be willing and able to learn We prefer candidates with payroll bureau or large company payroll experience, however the right attitude, ability to learn and work ethic are keys to this role
