Key Responsibilities: Handle general administrative tasks, including document filing, drawing management, and project file organization. Conduct site visits to existing and new stores for inspections, progress checks, and issue identification. Perform accurate site measurements using measuring tools (tape, laser measurer, etc.) and prepare measurement reports. Take clear site photos and maintain photo records for projects. Assist in material sample collection, organization, and tracking (including logging, labeling, and storage of material samples). Support site meeting coordination, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in the preparation of project status reports, cost tracking sheets, and timeline updates. Support quotation collection, basic cost comparison, and vendor coordination. Provide ad-hoc support on other Store Development projects as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in fit-out, interior design, or project coordination (contractor / consultant background preferred). Hands-on experience in site measurements and material sample handling is highly preferred.
