Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions to streamline/ automate business processes (e.g. RPA, scripts, low-code/ no-code tools) Work closely with senior team members to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance Document workflows, logic and technical solutions Keep up to date with emerging technologies such as AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), low-code/ no-code platforms as organization’s automation strategy evolves; support POC development for new technologies and tools under guidance Requirements: Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience; understanding of basic IT development lifecycle concepts Basic knowledge of programming language (e.g. Python, VBA or equivalent) Basic data handling skills (Excel, CSV, etc) Independent, self-motivated and strong willingness to learn Strong interest in automation and AI technologies
