Manager (Corporate Development & Digital Fundraising)

Responsibilities: Lead online engagement campaigns, digital fundraising initiatives, and digital performance promotions (including SEO, social media, website, and targeted eDMs) to drive revenue, lead acquisition, and audience reach; Identify, liaise and build sustainable relationships with corporate sponsors, strategic partners, and institutional stakeholders to support organizational expansion and funding targets; Oversee campaigns and event budgets with a focus on budget control and ROI; demonstrate a flexible, resource-efficient approach to negotiate costs and maximize output; Plan, budget, and execute high-impact online initiatives and corporate stakeholder events (including roadshows, luncheons, and fundraising events), while leading subordinates to drive daily operations, delegate workflows, track timelines, and ensure high-quality output across all deliverables; Draft compelling partnership proposals, corporate pitch decks, campaign landing pages, annual reports, press releases, eDMs, and executive key messaging; Oversee corporate media relations, handle press queries, prepare executive Q&A briefs and coordinate media distribution to elevate corporate visibility and brand reputation; Any ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: Possess Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related disciplines; Minimum 5 years of solid working experience, spanning digital marketing, corporate development, strategic partnerships, fundraising or event management. Prior experience in an NGO setting is an advantage; Proven track record in leading and motivating teammates, setting clear KPIs, delegating tasks effectively, and managing execution timelines; Proven track record in managing relationships across both traditional media and new/digital media channels, including online media, KOLs, and digital platforms; Strong budget control mindset with a proven ability in expense management; flexible and resourceful in optimizing campaign costs; Hands-on experience in planning, executing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns (advertising, SEO, performance marketing, eDM and social media promotions); Demonstrated capability in acquiring, managing, and servicing high-value corporate partners, sponsors, donors and organizational stakeholders; Possesses a strong "can-do" attitude with a high degree of resilience; proactive and solution-oriented, and able to navigate campaign challenges or tight deadlines; Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, and Mandarin; Knowledge in using Canva and AI tools is a plus.
