Heavy Machinery Operators Needed

If you operate with care, communicate well on site, and value doing the job properly, we'd like to hear from you. We are keen to hear from operators with experience on the following machines: Excavators / Digger (general civil, drainage, bulk, final trim) Loaders Rollers Graders Dozers Articulated dump trucks Any other civil plant What You Could Be Doing: Operating machinery safely and efficiently on active civil sites Completing earthworks, roading, drainage, and general infrastructure tasks Working to levels, grades, and site plans where required Quarry works Carrying out daily pre-start checks and reporting faults or maintenance needs Supporting the crew on the ground when required and keeping sites tidy and safe General Labouring to support the project development and site standards What You Need Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a civil construction environment Relevant licences/endorsements (WTR required; class 2 license is essential / 4 licences preferred) Strong health and safety focus and awareness of working around services/people Reliable attendance, solid communication, and a team-first attitude Ability to pass standard pre-employment checks What's in It for You?
