SAP Support (SD/MM Focus) (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities SAP SD/MM Functional Support Provide first- and second-line support for SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules, resolving user issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, procurement, and inventory transactions. Investigate and troubleshoot transaction errors, master data discrepancies, and pricing/stock posting issues within SD and MM. Coordinate with IT and business users to test and validate configuration changes before deployment. Cross-Module Coordination (PP, PM, FI, CO) Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting issues across Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Finance (FI), and Controlling (CO) as they intersect with SD/MM transactions (e.g., goods movement affecting FI postings, production orders consuming MM stock). Escalate module-specific issues outside SD/MM to the relevant functional lead while tracking resolution status. User Training & Knowledge Transfer Conduct SAP usage training sessions for end users in relevant departments, using real transaction scenarios rather than generic manuals. Prepare and maintain user guides and process documentation for SD/MM and related workflows. Project & System Improvement Support Support assigned SAP-related projects (e.g., new plant rollout, process enhancement) to completion within agreed timelines. Identify recurring system issues and propose configuration or process improvements to reduce repeat tickets. Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience 0-2 years of experience with SAP, ideally with exposure to SD and/or MM modules; fresh graduates with strong SAP coursework or internship exposure are welcome to apply. Working knowledge of SAP SD and MM transaction flows (sales orders, delivery, billing, purchase orders, goods receipt/issue).
