About the role As our new Civil Support/Technology Integrator, you will be part of the Civil Support team dealing with phone and remote support with an emphasis in assisting integrating technology in customers' businesses. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Deliver effective customer support of Trimble Civil Construction products and solutions via phone, email and on-site as required Provide support in troubleshooting assistance, operating instruction and product application information Document support cases in the CRM Assist with the delivery of customer training, demonstrations and handovers Continuous learning and researching of Trimble Civil Construction products and solutions, stay up to date with latest advancements About you You’ll go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy by providing prompt assistance and the best solutions possible. You work closely with our customers to resolve any problems and ensure their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
