About the Role | Mō te Tūranga Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll own the end-to-end AP function across two entities and four regions, processing around 800 supplier invoices monthly. Your day-to-day will include: High-volume invoice processing with accurate cost allocation and GST coding Weekly and end-of-month creditor payment runs Monthly supplier reconciliations and AP inbox management Chasing credit card receipts from remote branches and coding transactions Supporting month-end close and maintaining vendor records About You | Māu You'll need solid AP experience in a multi-entity or multi-branch environment, covering high-volume invoice processing, end-of-month payment runs, and credit card reconciliation with remote branches.
