Driving by technological innovation and industrial model transformation, the Company is accelerating its transformation into a world-class engineering, procurement, and construction contractor. Therefore, COOEC is also expanding its talents pool for its Thailand Company to fill the following vacancy: Vacancy: Legal Specialist Task and Reponsibilities: 1. Compliance Management: Implement compliance solutions, conduct compliance training and internal audits. 2. Contract Management: Draft, review, and revise expenditure contracts such as procurement, construction, and service agreements; coordinate the full-cycle management of project revenue contracts; refine contract terms to safeguard the company's interests. 3. Legal Risk Assessment: Assess legal risks related to project policies, markets, and geopolitics, and develop special risk response plans. 4. Operational Legal Affairs: Handle day-to-day legal matters for Asia-Pacific local entities of COOEC, and draft and review resolution documents for shareholders' meeting and board of directors' meeting. 5. Employment Law: Manage the signing of local employment contracts, handle labor disputes, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both employers and employees. 6. Dispute Resolution: Take full responsibility of project-related legal disputes, coordinate negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, and safeguard the company's rights and brand reputation. 7. Government Liaison: liaise with local government authorities, handle project approval and licensing procedures, and monitor updates in local laws, regulations, and policies. 8. Insurance Claims: Assist in procuring project, property, and liability insurance, follow up on claims processing, and mitigate business losses. 9. Internal Legal Support: Conduct internal legal training, respond to business legal inquiries, and enhance the legal risk management capabilities of all staffs. Requirements: 1. Education: Min a bachelor holder of law, contract management, business administration or other related majors; 2. Work Experiences: Min 5 years relevant experience; 3. Foreign Language : Fluent oral and written English; Note : This roles may involves frequent travelling to China .
