About the role As a Technical Support Consultant, you will play a key role in driving customer success by helping customers achieve maximum value from Trimble's construction accounting and project management solutions. Through the delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, you will resolve technical and application-related issues, enable effective software adoption, and build strong, lasting relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and business success. You’ll be required to: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a customer success mindset, delivering timely, high-quality solutions to customer issues. Communicate effectively through both verbal and written channels, accurately conveying information, actively listening, and seeking feedback to ensure mutual understanding. Build strong customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to customer success. Quickly develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Trimble's software solutions, staying current on product features, functionality, and user experiences from both internal and customer perspectives. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity. About you Qualifications and/or previous work experience in Business, Accounting, or IT Work experience in a customer service role supporting applications (particularly ERP); Jobpac Connect experience would be favourable Solid understanding of the construction industry, including workflows and terminology Strong problem-solving and communication skills Why choose us?
