About the Role As Site Manager, you will oversee the management and execution of construction activities on site, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of projects. You will work closely with the project team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Your role will include managing site logistics, maintaining project schedules, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site operations, ensuring clear communication across the project team and stakeholders. Develop and implement a project programme, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery. Oversee the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors, materials, and resources. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and risk assessments. Monitor project progress and report on any delays or issues to the senior management team. Maintain project documentation, including site diaries, material orders, and contract deliverables. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in line with the project specifications. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Relevant construction management qualifications. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Strong technical knowledge and project planning skills. Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team effectively. Ability to prioritise tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
