About the Role Reporting to the Associate Director - Building Surveying, you will deliver high quality consultancy services across commercial, retail, private, and public sector projects. A significant part of our work involves advising commercial clients with services such as technical due diligence, condition assessments, lease obligations, asset management planning, maintenance planning etc. This provides excellent exposure to the commercial property sector and the opportunity to work on some of New Zealand's most significant property assets.
