Contract Administrator | FIFO 2:1 | Weipa Are you a commercially minded Contract Administrator looking for your next FIFO opportunity? We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a major project in Weipa on a 2:1 FIFO roster through to November 2026 . Working alongside an experienced project team, you'll play a key role in cost control, commercial reporting, contract administration and project performance. What's on Offer FIFO 2:1 roster to Weipa Fixed-term contract through to the end of 2026 Accommodation, meals and site travel provided Join a well-established contractor delivering major projects Supportive team with the opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the commercial administration of the project, ensuring accurate cost control, contract management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to monitor budgets, manage contract documentation, administer variations and provide valuable commercial insights through Power BI reporting. Key Responsibilities Contract administration and document management Project cost control, budgeting and forecasting Commercial reporting and analysis Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards Administer contract variations and progress claims Procurement and subcontract administration Support the Project Manager with commercial performance reporting About You You'll have: Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or Commercial Administrator within mining, construction or industrial projects Strong cost control and commercial reporting experience Advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial acumen If you're looking for a rewarding FIFO opportunity where you can make a real contribution to a high-profile project, we'd love to hear from you.
