Senior Fire Alarm Technician with strong service focus – Auckland location – excellent pay rate We are looking for an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Technician to join our client’s Auckland office. In this full-time senior technician role, you will focus primarily on minor works and servicing across fire alarm systems for a range of commercial properties in the Auckland area. The role suits someone with excellent service skills and the ability to deal directly with clients and other related parties. What you will be doing Carry out minor works as the primary focus, while also completing servicing and programming of alarm systems across a variety of industrial locations. Oversee junior staff to ensure quality standards are met. Deal directly with clients and other related parties during site meetings. Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards. What we’re looking for Relevant technical qualification in fire alarm systems, such as Level 4 or similar. Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Fire Alarm Technician, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting. Thorough understanding of fire alarm system servicing, installations, and programming. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. Strong customer service and report-writing skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
