We are on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to lead our busy team in the Queenstown-Lakes district. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the tools alongside your team as well as managing the plan — so you need both the technical depth and the people skills to lead from the front. What you'll do Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be the driving force on site: Lead, mentor, and coordinate our hands-on landscaping team on site. Work on the tools alongside your team, offering technical expertise and leading by example. Manage day-to-day operations for premium residential and commercial landscaping projects. Ensure all hardscaping (timber, paving, retaining walls) and softscaping installations are delivered to our high, award-winning standards. Keep projects running on time and within budget creating satisfied clients. Champion a strong health and safety culture so everyone returns home safely every day. What you'll bring to the table Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in both hard and soft landscaping - essential Leadership Skills: Previous first-line management or site supervision experience with a knack for motivating teams. Health & Safety Focus: Strong commitment to hazard identification, site safety, and keeping your team safe. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, highly organized, and very proud of the work you produce. Certifications: National Certificate in Horticulture, First Aid, Grow safe, and Site Safe certifications (or ability to obtain them). Communication: Great interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project managers. Team Player!
