Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and scalability. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing. Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. AI-Driven Testing Utilize AI agents and GenAI tools to generate: Test cases from requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Automated test scripts. Test data for various business scenarios and edge cases. Validate, refine, and optimize AI-generated test artifacts to ensure accuracy and coverage. Drive adoption of AI-powered quality engineering practices across delivery teams. Test Planning & Quality Assurance Collaborate with Solution Consultant, Developers, and Service Owner to understand requirements and define test strategies. Review acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are testable. Prepare comprehensive test plans and test execution reports. Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle. Performance & Stress Testing (Preferred) Design and execute performance, load, endurance, and stress tests. Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization. Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve application scalability and resilience. Continuous Improvement Evaluate emerging testing tools, AI solutions, and automation technologies. Contribute to best practices, standards, and governance for test automation. Here’s what we are looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated Test Engineer to drive quality assurance initiatives through test automation and AI-powered testing practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, generating test cases and test data using AI agents, and ensuring software quality across functional, integration, and regression testing activities. Candidates with experience in Performance Stress Testing will have a distinct advantage. You are a quality aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of how to build great test cases and test scripts. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful. Technical Skills You have strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, and JUnit, together with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#. You are also experienced in API testing tools including Bruno, REST Assured, Swagger, and OpenAPI, and familiar with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. AI Testing Skills You have experience using AI-powered testing platforms or GenAI tools, with the ability to generate and refine test cases, test scripts, test data, and test scenarios using AI agents. Preferred Skills It will be an added advantage if you have experience in performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner/HPPC, together with knowledge of container platforms, Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, and test management tools such as Jira, qTest, or Xray. Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in software testing and test automation. Proven track record in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Experience with AI-assisted testing solutions is highly desirable. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
