The Role We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team at Stapylton. Position Requirements Landfill Operators Competent in operating either: (RII qualifications required) Dozer (Cat D8T) Compactors (Cat836 / Tana 555) Smooth drum rollers Excavators up to 40T Operate mobile plant within an operational landfill Push up and compact waste Customer interactions Water Truck / Road Sweeper Operators Experience operating Road Sweepers - HR Rigid and Articulated Moxy Watercarts Minimum HR licence and respective Moxy RII qualifications required Hours of Work Casual position, hours may look like the following: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Occasional weekend work (every second or third Saturday/Sunday) Overtime and penalty rates apply About You Committed to safe work practices Skilled in operating a range of plant and equipment Able to keep equipment clean, reliable, and safe, including minor maintenance (refueling, lubrication, greasing) Great attitude and willingness to turn up and do the job What We Offer An environment that puts your safety first Full induction, training and plant familiarisation on equipment A great team culture that values and respects each team member Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing support Competitive pay and overtime opportunities Stable work environment To apply, please CLICK THE APPLY BUTTON NOW and send your CV.
