Family Law - Associate/Senior Associate

The Role Due to growth of our Perth Family Law team, we’re seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate (3-8 years’ PQE) to join on a full-time basis. We are considering candidates who can work part-time. The role will see you representing clients based both locally and overseas on a wide range of matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements, child support, and family violence. You will also act in both alternative dispute resolution (e.g. mediations and settlement conferences) and litigated disputes, primarily in the Family Court of Western Australia. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have the following: Between 3-8 years’ PQE in a highly regarded family law practice Specialist Accreditation in Family Law will be advantageous In-depth knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to display empathy and build rapport Excellent client service and demonstrated experience in producing client-focused outcomes What We Offer We take a collaborative approach to your learning & development, giving you the personal attention and unique opportunities required to help you realise your full potential.
