Paralegal (Part-Time)

We're hiring paralegals across multiple teams: Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Workers Compensation (WC) and Work Injury Damages (WID) Public Liability (PL) Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our lawyers, helping injured clients get the support they need. Along the way, you'll sharpen your drafting, build sound legal judgment, and learn what a successful team in a law firm looks like. What you'll do Draft documents - letters, statements, submissions, claim forms. Communicate with clients, insurers, barristers, and super funds to keep matters moving. Develop judgment on claim viability and case strategy. Receive direct, specific constructive feedback to lift your work. Who you are A paralegal or junior legal professional looking to build real skills. Prior experience not required. A strong writer - can summarise dense material into clear, plain English and draft letters, file notes, and submissions that don't need heavy editing. A clear, concise communicator in writing and on the phone. Organised, detail-focused, keeps matters on track. Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fully digital firm.
