Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Opportunity | Te Āheinga A 3-month temporary assignment, with potential to extend, in the finance operations of a well-known New Zealand organisation. You'll be joining a supportive AR team where your contribution makes an impact from day one. About the Role | Mō te Tūranga Starting in the gift card space, you'll work across billing, accounts receivable, and external customer service. Your day-to-day will include: Processing billing and AR transactions accurately at pace Handling customer queries by phone and via ticketing platforms Managing gift card activity and liaising with customers Identifying process issues and contributing to solutions Supporting daily financial processing and GL tasks About You | Māu You bring solid AR transactional experience, including invoicing, payment allocations, and an understanding of the end-to-end process. SAP experience and familiarity with a ticketing system would be a bonus.
