Digital Marketing & User Growth Lead precision targeting and performance optimization across online channels (social media, SEM/SEO, EDM, programmatic advertising, etc.) to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI. Design viral campaigns, KOL/influencer partnerships, loyalty programs, and referral mechanics to boost user engagement, retention, and organic growth. Brand & PR Management Plan and execute high-impact brand events, industry summits, media salons, and collaborate with local mainstream media and vertical KOLs to elevate brand awareness and reputation in Hong Kong. Establish a rapid crisis communication mechanism; maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies such as the SFC and HKMA, as well as industry associations, to ensure brand compliance and positive public image. Team & Budget Management Lead the local marketing team (covering digital, content, events, PR, etc.) and coordinate cross-functional resources (product, operations, legal, etc.) to drive efficient project execution. Develop annual marketing budgets, implement data-driven performance evaluation systems (ROI, CAC, LTV, etc.), and continuously optimize cost structures to maximize returns. Qualifications Basic Requirements 12+ years of marketing experience in the financial, technology, or fintech industries, with at least 3+ years in team management (leading teams of 5+ members). Deep understanding of the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area consumer markets, familiar with local culture, media landscape, and fintech ecosystem; proven track record of successful brand growth campaigns in Hong Kong is a strong plus. Technical & Professional Skills Proficient in digital marketing tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SQL, Tableau), with the ability to drive strategy through data insights. Sound knowledge of Hong Kong financial product compliance frameworks, including the SFC Securities and Futures Ordinance and HKMA virtual asset guidelines; capable of ensuring all marketing content meets regulatory requirements. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese is a plus), with excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with local teams, regional headquarters, and external partners.
