Opportunity to lead a mission-critical, large-scale relocation program Exposure to complex infrastructure and enterprise environments About Our Client Our client is a well-established global IT services provider, known for delivering complex transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. They are currently engaged in a large-scale infrastructure and platform modernization program within a highly regulated sector. Job Description Take full ownership of end-to-end data center relocation projects, including planning, execution, and cutover activities Define and drive the overall relocation strategy, working closely with architects and SMEs on infrastructure design, dependency mapping, and migration approach Develop detailed migration plans, wave planning, and move group sequencing across multiple sites and systems Ensure business continuity, minimizing operational impact during all phases of the relocation Act as the key liaison between client, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and clear communication Lead governance, reporting, and steering committee updates, engaging stakeholders at senior and executive levels Oversee vendors involved in logistics, cabling, facilities, and hardware movement, ensuring quality and timely execution Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies where needed Track project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery The Successful Applicant 10+ years of IT project management experience, with strong exposure to infrastructure delivery Proven track record managing data center relocation, consolidation, or large-scale migration projects Experience working in mission-critical environments (e.g., banking, telecom, public sector, large enterprises) Solid understanding of hybrid infrastructure, including: Servers, storage, networks Virtualization platforms Cloud environments Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple vendors Strong capability in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leadership Experience driving project governance, risk control, and structured delivery frameworks Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills What's on Offer Opportunity to lead a mission-critical, large-scale relocation program Exposure to complex infrastructure and enterprise environments High visibility role with end-to-end ownership
