Muffler Fabrication

About the role We are seeking a reliable, clever full-time Muffler Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will manufacture commercial and industrial mufflers completely from scratch using raw sheet steel and tubing. You will combine traditional fabrication techniques along with modern CNC machinery to deliver quality products accurately and on time. Key responsibilities Manufacture custom mufflers completely from scratch using raw materials. Operate fabrication machinery including saws, guillotine, rollers, presses, CNC plasma & CNC tube bender, mig & tig welders Cut and bend exhaust tubing to precise specifications. Perform high-quality MIG welding to assemble and finish components. Program and run CNC machinery for precision manufacturing of components. Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with clients. About you Strong MIG welding skills with proven experience in light sheet steel manufacture Machinery operation skills including usage of above items of machinery. Basic computer literacy required to operate modern CNC machinery. Logical thinking and strong common sense for troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills to interact with teammates and clients. Have basic prep and spray-painting skills The ability to identify and adhere to all health and safety protocols. Reliability and focus with a strong ability to follow directions and drawings.
