They're known for delivering quality advice rather than simply producing compliance work. Their clients rely on them as trusted business advisors, creating a steady flow of consulting and strategic projects across a wide range of industries. The Partners are approachable, supportive and invest heavily in their people, giving you exposure to higher-level technical work while allowing you to develop your leadership skills. The Role This is a genuine management position where you'll have responsibility for both your team and your own client portfolio. You'll be involved in: Leading, mentoring and developing a BAS team Managing and reviewing workflow Reviewing financial statements and tax work Building long-term client relationships Delivering high-value advisory projects Supporting Partners with technical and consulting engagements You'll have plenty of autonomy while still having direct access to the Partners whenever you need support. The Clients You'll advise a diverse portfolio across industries including: Technology & Start-ups Financial Services Construction Retail Investments High Net Worth Individuals Typical client turnover ranges from $10M-$30M , with exposure to larger businesses exceeding $100M .
