Job Summary Responsible for developing and implementing programmes for Clinical Counsellors to achieve desired outcomes and increase community awareness. Responsibilities Develop and assist in implementing short- and long-term programme plans, monitor progress, and evaluate performance to ensure programme goals are met Monitor programme activities to achieve desired outcomes and maintain quality standards Develop annual outreach plans aligned with programme needs and capacity to enhance community engagement Assist in creating public awareness and communication strategies to support programme objectives and increase community visibility Maintain accurate databases including participant information and mailing lists to support programme operations Perform additional duties as assigned to support programme success Required competencies and certifications Diploma in related disciplines Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in community-based environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
