About the role Finance Link is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Financial Advisor to join our team. In this critical role, you will network, build relationships, develop business and provide strategic financial advice and support to our business clients, helping them achieve their commercial objectives. We offer a fully remote working environment supported by fully digitally enabled and AI optimized platforms to support full connect ability whilst working remotely. This is a commission only position meaning your earning potential is significantly higher than what is indicated on this posting. What you'll be doing As a Commercial Financial Adviser at Finance Link, you are the bridge between a business client’s financial success and their reality. You will: Architect Solutions: Deliver tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of business owners. Advocate & Negotiate: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with both clients and lenders. Manage the Journey: Oversee the end-to-end application process through our CRM, ensuring seamless collaboration with banks, business brokers, accountants and solicitors. Uphold Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of ethical practice and attention to detail. What we're looking for You are a "people person", you enjoy networking and have a sharp analytical mind. We are looking for: Credentials: NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) is essential. Experience: Significant experience (5+ years) as a commercial financial advisor, mortgage broker or similar role. Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills. Drive: Proven track record of successfully securing financing solutions for business clients. Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities to influence and persuade stakeholder Ownership: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Why Finance Link?
