Accounts & Finance Executive

About the role As the Accounts & Finance Executive at Search Music Sdn Bhd , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our company. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor , and you will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial reporting duties. What you'll be doing Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash Support the month-end and year-end closing processes Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain effective internal controls Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role Ability to communicate in any Mandarin dialect is an added advantage Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting standards What we offer At Search Music Sdn Bhd , we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
