About the role We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Product Master Data & Pricing) to join our Sales team on a full-time basis in Selangor . This is a strategic position that bridges sales operations and data management, focusing on maintaining the integrity of product master data and pricing information across our organisation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent product and pricing data that directly supports our sales team's effectiveness and drives revenue growth. This position is essential to our operational excellence and provides the foundation for informed sales decision-making. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain product master data across all systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency of information Oversee pricing data management, including updates, validation and distribution to relevant teams and systems Conduct regular audits of product and pricing data to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and IT teams to implement changes to product information and pricing structures Generate and analyse reports on product performance, pricing trends and sales operations metrics Document and maintain standard operating procedures for data management and pricing processes Support the development and implementation of new pricing strategies and promotional campaigns Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to sales teams regarding product and pricing inquiries Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth data integration across systems What we're looking for Proficiency in data management and analysis, with strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and anomalies Experience with sales operations, including exposure to pricing models, product catalogues and sales systems Competency in using spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and build effective working relationships Knowledge of basic pricing principles, discount structures and promotional mechanics is advantageous Certification in data analysis, business intelligence or related fields would be beneficial Previous experience in a sales operations or analysis and reporting role is preferred
