Product Branding Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy Develop and execute product branding strategies aligned with business objectives. Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Ensure all communications reflect the company's brand identity. 2. Brand & Campaign Management Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and corporate initiatives. Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with Creative, Digital, Trade Marketing, and external agencies to deliver effective marketing materials. 3. Brand Identity & Communication Maintain brand consistency across all channels, including packaging, POSM, digital, social media, and marketing communications. Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines. 4. Consumer Engagement & Innovation Monitor consumer trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify branding opportunities. Support digital marketing, social media initiatives, and AI-enabled marketing innovations to improve consumer engagement. 5. Performance Management Monitor campaign performance, brand health, and marketing KPIs. Analyze results and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Product Branding. Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related industries is preferred.
