Job Responsibilities Handle client order executions in all investment products, experienced with on-board block trading is an advantage; Review trade documentation and ensure that dealing orders are completed accurately; Maintain complete, accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and service requests in designated internal systems; Handle clients’ enquires on account opening, trading platform and market information with good customer service skills; Perform KYC to comply with SFC for account opening procedures; Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or business-related fields; Must be a current SFC Licensed Representative Type 1 holder. PASS the Post-training Examination for the Core Curriculum of the Certification Programme for Virtual Asset Professionals is an advantage; Familiar with the SFC regulations for virtual asset trading platforms; 1-3 years of solid experience in SFC licensed firms in financial markets; Familiarity with trading processes and securities market operations; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Customer service-oriented, a good team player with good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibilities.
