Job Title: Chicken Broiler Production Husbandry Posting Start Date: 06/08/2026 Education Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Livestock Production, Veterinary Technology, or a related field. Experience Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in broiler production, poultry farm management, technical service, or contract farming will be an advantage. Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of broiler production, poultry farm management, nutrition, biosecurity, and disease prevention. Understanding of broiler production performance indicators such as FCR, ADG, Livability, Mortality, Body Weight, and EPEF. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify production issues and recommend effective solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with contract farmers and cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare reports, analyze production data, and present findings. Able to work independently and under pressure. Willing to travel frequently and work in upcountry farm locations. Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
