Responsibilities Post-contract administration and management - valuation of variation works, interim payments and finalization of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors Budget control, monitoring of project budget, cashflow and report Support to preparation of tender submission, contracts, sub-contracts and other documents Taking-off and measurement (both on-site & from drawings) Preparation of contract document for subletting process Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or relevant disciplines With minimum 1-5 years experience in quantity surveying (experience in maintenance projects or main contractor is an advantage) Ability to use a range of IT packages including MS Office Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese Self-motivated, good interpersonal & negotiation skill Able to work as a team player Fresh Graduates are welcome Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
