Key Responsibilities: Design and manage credit card usage campaign throughout End to End lifecycle, including market analysis, campaign design, partnership approaching & management, campaign launch, performance review, and enhancement. Plan and implement effective marketing strategies (online and offline) to drive spending campaign awareness, material design, communication strategy and customer spending user journey design. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-product units including personal unsecured lending, wealth management and banking partnership to enlarge the campaign efficient and synergy. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed for campaign execution and product collaboration. Prepare business cases and reports to support product planning and marketing performance evaluation. Ensure product materials and marketing communications comply with regulatory and internal requirements. To support campaign parameter set up and core card, loyalty system testing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in retail financial products or credit card business. Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) for internal and external business communication. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and translating data into business insights and actions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with data analysis tools or MIS platforms is a plus. Experience implementing credit card related system and understanding about credit card fee and change methodology is a plus. Capable to summarize issue and report in an efficient way is a plus.
