Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations. Prepare quotations and follow up on quotations until closure. Coordinate product presentations and customer visits when required. Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Sales Operations Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO). Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, lead time, delivery schedules, and order status. Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Prepare invoices, delivery documentation, and other sales-related documents. Procurement & Inventory Coordination Source products from local and overseas suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Follow up on supplier deliveries and shipment schedules. Ensure purchasing activities comply with company procedures. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales and purchasing records. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Support management in daily operational activities. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is an advantage. Good written and spoken English and Mandarin. Experience 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Sales Administration, Procurement, or Operations is preferred. Experience in industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, medical devices, or MRO industries will be an advantage.
